Additional Helpful Information:

• Flat Rate Package fee includes one (1) trademark application and includes the $250 USPTO filing fee.  Only one trademark may be filed with each application.  Multiple trademarks require separate applications.  (For example:  Registering a name and a logo design requires two separate trademark applications.) 

• Flat Rate Package fee includes one trademark class.  You must pay for any additional class of goods and services.  Additional trademark classes are $300 per class.

• Please note:  The Flat Rate Package includes a preliminary search fee of $250.  If our office determines your desired trademark is already claimed, in use, or registered after the preliminary search, the $250 research fee is non-refundable should you decide to terminate the process.

• Once a trademark application is filed the Flat Rate Package fee is non-refundable, as a general rule USPTO does not issue refunds for submitted applications.
